Melanie manages Changes from a business perspective. Focusing on PR, marketing and raising the company’s profile (including a bi-monthly hairdressing feature for Inside Living), she also oversees our finances and administration.

She worked in fashion before moving into recruitment in fashion, health, social services and retail, and has project-managed international recruitment in Africa and Australasia. Melanie speaks conversational German and some French, and would love to be fluent at a foreign language: met her husband John while cycling in the Loire valley, France.

A graduate in Fashion Design, Melanie grew up in Cambridge and lived in Manchester and London before settling in the Milton Keynes area. A passionate recycler and environmentalist, Melanie enjoys reading, writing, travel, cooking (especially baking cakes), knitting and - naturally – fashion.
